Reasons why you should go for the Nokia 6.1 Plus instead of the Mi A2 or Note 5 Pro!

Reasons why you should go for the Nokia 6.1 Plus instead of the Mi A2 or Note 5 Pro!

India is the second largest smartphone market in the world, no wonder why big manufacturers and brands give a good attention to the Indian market when it comes to launching their devices. All this, however, has made it very difficult for us customers to choose a device within a particular budget.
The Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 segment is the most popular segment in India where we see many devices launching nearly every other day. Some of the most popular and best devices in this segment include the Mi A2, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Nokia 6.1 Plus and the Asus Zenfone Max Pro. But, personally, I think the Nokia 6.1 Plus is the best choice among these devices. Let me tell you why.
Nokia 6.1 Plus specifications

Reason 01 - The brand name
Google Images
Nokia may not be the best and reputed brand anymore, but, admit it, most of us still adore the brand and it is still making durable and beautiful phones, especially, the Nokia 6.1 Plus. Moreover, some of us still feel a little embarrassed to say Mi, Xiaomi, Honor, Poco etc. when being asked which phone do we have.
Reason 02 - Stunning design and build quality
Gadgets Now
Admit it, Nokia 6.1 Plus doesn't look like it costs only Rs. 15,999, but over Rs, 25,000. The metal frame along with the glass design definitely grabs some attention. So, the ones looking for a premium phone with glass design should look no further.
Reason 03 - Android One
BOANN
Android One is widely popular programme by Google which encourages brands to adopt it so that their devices could be eligible for quicker and reliable updates along with a stock Android experience. So, you will see no bloatware and unnecessary custom UI on your device.
Reason 04 - Hybrid dual SIM slot, 3.5 mm audio jack and USB Type-C
The area where the Xiaomi Mi A2 takes a serious beating is the lack of an SD card slot and the 3.5 mm audio jack, which are definitely deal breakers. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 5 Pro doesn't have the USB Type-C, plus, its design is very ordinary. The only area where Nokia 6.1 Plus lacks when compared to its Xiaomi rivals is its low light photography, but, then again, nobody shows or flaunts their photography skills in the dark.
So, there you have it, my top 4 reasons to prefer the Nokia 6.1 Plus over its competitors in the Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 budget. Do comment below and give your views on the topic. Which device would you go for in this budget. Cheers!

Nokia 7.1 launched as the Nokia 7 upgrade. This latest Nokia Mid-range mobile phone is launched with the display. Soon Nokia 7.1 Plus will be launched too. This year many latest Nokia mobile phones are launched and this phone became the latest part of the Nokia phones.

This phone is launched in the London and apart from this phone, the Nokia True Wireless EarBuds and Nokia Pro WireLess Earphones are launched. Both the Audio Accessories.
  • Nokia 9 PureView can be launched on this date with the Penta-camera setup on the rear

Nokia Pro WireLess Earphones

These earphones are launched with the headbutts and that will fit in your neck with the ease. The Company claims this will give you more than 10 Hours of battery life. Apart from the battery life, you will get the notifications and calls too.

I have to say Earbuds and Earphones look good but I really love my wired earphones, because I can carry them with the ease and no charging tension. I just love my wired earphones instead of these chargeable earphones and headbutts.

Variants and pricing

Two variants are launched for this phone. The first variant of this phone is launched with the 3 GB of RAM and the 32 GB internal storage and another variant of this phone is launched with the 4 GB of RAM and the 64 GB of internal storage.

Nokia 7.1 Other features

This is a dual-Sim phone but the Hybrid Sim slot is used in this phone, which means you will have to choose Two Sim cards without a memory card or Single Sim card with the memory card. I really don't like this Hybrid feature.

This phone is launched with the 3.5mm jack, which is good for the music lovers. The USB Type-C launched by the company and the fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear side of the phone. You will get the 3060 mAh battery in this phone, which is non-removable. This battery comes with the Quick-Charging. The Wireless-charging is not supported in this phone.

NOKIA 7.1 FULL SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES-

Nokia 7.1 complete display features

Third party image reference

This phone is launched with the 5.84 Inches display. The display is much compact than the other mobile phones or should I call them a tablet. This is a notch display, which was used in the Latest Apple iPhones. The Nokia branding is placed at the bottom of the phone.

The IPS LCD display is used in this phone, which will give you true colors and amazing viewing angles. Let me tell you one thing here, the display is the main Selling point of this phone so Nokia worked hard to make this phone's display beautiful.

The Display is FHD+ and launched with the display resolution of the 1080x2280 Pixels. The Aspect ratio of this display is 19:9. The display is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3. As I told you this display is the main highlight of this phone, so HMD Global launched this display with the HDR 10 Content support. This is the only Nokia display, which comes with the HDR 10 Content support.

The display is good and I have to say this is one of the best display in any phone at this time. The display launched with the good resolution and the small notch design makes this phone beautiful. If you are thinking to a phone with the beautiful display then this display is one of the best at this price.
  • Motorola Moto G7 can be launched with these specifications
  • Asus ROG will be launched on this date in the USA
  • Xiaomi Mi Mix3 will be launched on this date with these features
  • Panasonic Eluga X1 Pro and X1 are launched with the 16 MP front cameras

Nokia 7.1 Processors, Os, and storage-

Third party image reference

This is an Android One mobile phone, which confirms the future updates in this phone. This phone is launched with the Android 8.1 Oreo but next month, the phone will receive the Android 9 Pie update.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 Octa-core processors are used in this phone. The maximum clock-speed of the processor is 1.8 GHz. The Adreno 509 GPU is used to handle the heavy Graphics. I have told you about the RAM and internal storage of this phone. The memory is expandable up to 400 GB via memory card slot. The second Slot will be used to put the memory card.

The Nokia 7 Plus was launched with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660( The Nokia 7 Plus is almost the same). The Nokia 6.1 Plus was launched with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Processors, which price is almost half than this one.

I don't know why Nokia used the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 at this price. The 3 GB RAM at this price and just 32 GB internal memory variant is waste because you will have to use the memory card and to use the memory card, you will have to use single Sim card.

According to me, the RAM, Processors, and internal storage are not good for this price. This phone is not good to handle the multitasking and you will definitely face the storage issue. I don't like this and I never expected this from Nokia, Totally disappointed here.

  • LG V40 Thinq is launched with the total of five cameras
  • This is the official video of the upcoming flexible mobile phone of the Lenovo
  • Huawei Y9 2019 is launched with the total of four cameras
  • Oppo K1 can be launched on this date

Nokia 7.1 the complete camera details-

Third party image reference

This phone is launched with the dual-rear camera setup like the other phones. The Carl Zeiss Optics are used this time too for the better pictures and amazing clarity. You will get the 12+5 MP rear cameras in this phone, which will record the 4K videos at the 30 Frames per second.

The Dual-Pixel technology is used in the 12 MP main camera of this phone with the PDAF Technology. The 5 MP camera is used to measure the depth. The 12 MP camera is launched with the camera aperture of f/1.8 and the 5 MP camera is launched with the camera aperture of f/2.4.

The 8 MP front camera is used in this phone with the camera aperture of f/2.0. The 24mm camera lens is used in the front camera of this phone. The Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite tablet is launched with the HiSilicon Kirin 659 Processors.

Be frank with you, I am not impressed with the cameras of this phone. Without any doubt, this camera will give you amazing shots but this phone is not made for the camera and you can easily get better cameras than this one at this price. So if you are thinking to capture the best shots then you should ignore this phone at this price.

  • Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is launched with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Processors
  • The Oppo Realme C1 is launched to tackle the Xiaomi Redmi 6A
  • This phone can be launched with the 10 GB of RAM
  • The Lenovo Z5 Pro can be launched with these specifications

Nokia 7.1 the final verdict-

This latest Nokia Mid-range mobile phone is launched only to give you an amazing display experience. I can say, if the display is your primary focus then you should definitely consider this phone. The display comes with the FHD+ Resolution and the HDR 10 content makes this display amazing too.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 is used and I don't know why 32 GB internal storage at this price with the Hybrid Sim slot? The cameras are not that good, I expect better than this.

I am giving the kick to this phone and if the display is your main priority then you should consider this one.

So this was all about this phone, if you like this article as usual, then share this now and follow the blog to be updated with me! Love you all and be always with me! Thank you!

If you buy a new smart phone then you must know about its screen size or resolution etc... in specification. There are many types of screens in the mobile phone, do you know which screen is better? Let me tell you about the screen used in the phone and its specialty.
Third party image reference

Screen Types

1. LCD

Prevents bright light on the eyes is the trend in mobile phones nowadays. The LCD itself does not produce any light, but it modulate the light from another source. Additionally LCD screen has high resolution availability.

2. The TFT

LTL (Thin-film transistor liquid crystal display) screen is similar to the LCD. It can also be called the developed form of LCD. The use of TFT screen is a better option. The technology has been better used in its display.

3. IPS

This screen has a new experience with high level colors. LG's smartphones are known only for high quality IPS screens. It requires more power back light and it shows better colors. Through this the screen can be seen from a wide angle.

4. The Registry Touchscreen LCD

Registry Touchscreen Panel has many layers, in which there is a thin space between them. When fingers or stylus touches the screen, the surface is pressed on which the two layers are connected at one point. This screen is now used in low budget phones in touchscreen phones.

5. Capacitive touchscreen LCD

Capacitive touchscreen works from the sensing of electrical properties of a person's body. In the capacitive touchscreen panel, there is an indium tin oxide transducer conductor. There is also an electrical conductor in the human body, so that the electrostatic field gets distilled to touch the screen and it is taken as a point order. Regarding the capacitive touchscreen is much better than the Registry Touchscreen.

6.OLED Display

Third party image reference
Organic Light-Emitting Diode contains small dots of organic polymers that emit light after being charged with electricity. OLED is a new display technology that works on low power compared to LCD. Better looking angles, videos and great animations can be enjoyed in this display.

7. Amoled Display

(Active-Matrix organic light-emitting diode) display is the latest display technology used for mobile phones and TVs. It has a splendid color, a better image, and less power conservation than LCD. It is also a special feature that the phone is thin and light using its usage.

8. Super Amoled Display

Third party image reference
Super Amoled can also be called an upgrade version of Amoled and it is capable of delivering even better performance than Amoled. While Amolad is difficult to use in direct sunlight, Super Amolad provides better performance in the sunlight as well as supports the bright image and has less power.

9. Retina Display

Retina Display is manufactured by Apple and used in Apple's device. Many times the high light in the phone stings in the eyes, which decreases due to this display. It also depends on the distance between the phone and the consumer. It is used in Apple's excessive devices, including iPhones, iPod Touch, iPad Mini and iPad Air.

10. Mobile Bravia

This is a brand used by Sony, this display is used in highly LCD HD TVs. But now it is being used in mobile phones too. This makes the phone's screen look very good with sharpness. This screen can be used more in Sony Xperia Series phones.
